Provider Terms B2B

These terms govern the business-to-business (B2B) relationship between kojé s. r. o. and professional service providers / independent contractors offering services on the kojé platform.
1. Contractor Status
Providers operate as independent business entities (sole traders, freelancers, or companies). Registration does not create an employment relationship with the Operator.
2. Verification Requirements
- Valid trade license / commercial registry listing
- Accurate business identifiers (Company ID / IČO, Tax ID / DIČ, VAT status)
- Valid SEPA IBAN bank account for receiving direct payments from customers
- All necessary legal permits and liability insurances for provided trades
3. Direct Bank Payments & Subscriptions
- Customer payments are transferred directly to your IBAN via Pay by Square QR codes.
- Feature access and promotional highlights are governed by your subscription plan (e.g. FREE, PROFI, PREMIUM).
4. Tax Obligations & DAC7 Reporting
Under EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7), digital platforms are legally obligated to report provider income to tax authorities annually. You must provide truthful tax data (TIN/DIČ) and maintain compliance.
5. Background Dynamic Location
If you enable the optional "Dynamic Location" feature, you explicitly consent to background GPS updates (at 5-minute intervals). The location is obfuscated within your chosen privacy radius and can be disabled anytime in settings.
6. Quality & Liability
You bear full responsibility for the quality of services performed, statutory warranties, and applicable tax/VAT filings.
